DISTANCE SELLING: (Regulations 2000)
- You have the right to cancel your order, for 7 working days after you received the goods. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, in an unopened and resaleable condition at your expense. We will make a refund within 30 days less any expenses incurred.
- Non-delivery: You have a maximum of 14 days to notify us. (If you have not received your order in 5 days please contact us).
Kinetic Watch Winders UK shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to any cause beyond reasonable control.
We reserve the right to make a substitution to the item ordered, either by number, type or manufacturer. The substitution will be equal or better quality.
This does not affect your right to return any items, if they are unsuitable for the purpose intended.
In no event shall we be liable for loss of profit, goodwill, damage to or loss of equipment or property.
